Winlogon process hogs CPU

The logon process on my Win2K box doesn't complete successfully. The CPU activity stays very high (approaching 100% utilization) and seems to be consumed by 2 processes, Winlogon and Winkxf. I can find no info on the latter and wonder if it could be a virus. Thanks to all.

I'm sorry. I guess I don't understand how this relates to your WatchGuard product. Can you give more details?
