Winlogon.exe Memory Leak as define in KB912354

Hi,

I am running a Windows Server 2003 Standard 32 bit SP2.
Recently i notice my winlogon.exe is having memory leak issue and i was prompted with Windows Product Activation window even after i have completed the activation.
This server is about 2 years old.

I went through the Microsoft support and came up with this acticle

I requested for the hotfix and when i try to apply it tell me that my operating system is newer than the hotfix and does not allow me to apply.

How should i approach this issue.

I know no voice, I knew nothing about systems,
i know NUTS on networking, Therefore I dont know anything!

well the error means that you already have the patch or a patch that replaces that one installed.

Thank you w33mhz but that was not my question.
my question was other than 912354 any other method or resolution i could take.
