WinLogon error 1

Hello Everyone,
My Name is Anthony and im tring to install Sniffer DSPRo, but when I try to install the console software on my workstation, i keep getting the following error:

"the following task uses ODBC: winlogon.exe it must be stopped prior to continuing with the DSPro installation

Do you want to keep checking?

If anyone knows a fix for this issue it would greatly appreiated

Hello Anthony,

- What version of Dspro are you installing?
- What OS are you installing it on?
- Are you logged in as local admin?
