Hi,

We have a Smartphone system in one of our elevator.
It is connected to a IPS 2000.
The Smartphone will only detect a hang up, if it receives a wink signal or a cpc signal.
Is there a way to program the IPS so that it sends the CPC or wink signal after the user hangs up?

I was gonna try command 3509 and 3520 but I'm affraid it will mess something up.

You might try setting the phone ext to momentary open which is usually used for VM ports. CMD 1322 I found that it worked with dictation equipment as well.
CPC is looking for an "Open loop disconnect"

Thank you very much!, it did the job with command 1322.
