Who knows where to find wininet.hlp?
I tried Microsoft's search but I
can't find it.

Hm. Looks like they've pulled the download--or (more likely) hidden it really well.

Nevertheless, it looks like it is available online. Start at

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/workshop/networking/wininet/wininet.asp

and go from there. (Note: This works best in IE with scripting enabled. Sorry.)
