Wingate 4.5 problem

I have win2k server running everything perfectly fine except wingate 4.5.

I am trying to install wingate 4.5 but the server is giving me this error:
" Wingate can not be installed because the installer has detected problems with TCP/IP protocol suite installed please check TCP/IP is installed corectly and re-try"


Although all the application and TCP/IP is running fine. I think its misguiding me and error is something else.

Can anybody help me?
