Winframe and MGMGET failed

I am trying to publish Peoplesoft 7.x application in a winframe environment. All other applications publish successfully. When the Peoplesoft app is launched, we receive the error "MGMGET failed". Quesiton: Is "MGMGET failed" an error in the peoplesoft code or is it do to a Winframe problem? Any suggestion would be appricated.

I dislike seeing an unanswered post, but have never seen this issue on a WinFrame server. I have run extensive searches on MGMGET, and have found nothing. I can only assume that it's an API call made by Peoplesoft - although there were no references on their site.

Hope you manage to fix this - I'd be interested in the result!
