WinFiol crash

I now work with SAM3.7 and when I have open two IP channel or one IP channel and modem channel Winfiol sometimes crash with message: Exception .... That is was happen together with SAM3.5. If open only one IP channel work OK. OS is XP sp1.
I was uninstall SAM, change memory box but nothing not help.
Any idea?
