Winfax from Word97 with Attachments

I have an Access97 application that opens Word97, and creates a document to be sent to a medical specialist. I'd like to automate the sending of that through Winfax, with the added capability of specifying one or more "attachments" which would be TIF files (and possibly other type files) whose name(s) and locations would be specified in an Access table. Has anyone done anything like this, or have any ideas?
