Windows95/XP Networking

Please can anyone suggest how to add a Windows'95 PC onto a workgroup based network of two XP PC's through Netgear DG814. Internet access through the Windows'95 PC is not a problem but it is not visible in 'My Network Places' and therefore I'm unable to share folders between the three PCs'.

make sure you have enabled file and print sharing on win 95
