Windows95 Clients create "Start Menu" and "START_ME" on NT4

My users are windows 95R2 and have hidden share home directories (i.e. User1$ , so you can map to root.) All users share the same desktop setting and stuff in the password dialog box within control pannel (WIN95).

So why do I get two directories in the users home direcory, One called "Start Menu" and one called "START_ME".

If this was neteware 3.11 or 4.11 I would load LONG but it's NT and can support long file names.

If any more info is needed please post.
