Windows XP - WIndows Media Player

Hi... We work with lots of audio video projects, and before sending project dvd's to client we test it on computer or dvd.. to check everything is ok.. For some reasons.. we cannot play those dvd's in windows media player anymore.. I have done so much research online before posting here. Checked and download lastet codec.. but media player plays only sound but not video at all. I don't get any error message or anything, when i play those dvd's. But i do see 'Play unknown dvd(D' from Now Playing drop down menu... I will really appreciate your help..

Have you permitted active content in the My Computer Zone?

Control Panel, Internet Options, Advanced tab
Checkmark the first two entries under the 'Security' subhead relating to playing active content.
