Windows XP - Win 2k server Group Policy sometimes fails

Hi

We are having some odd problems with Group Policy implementation.

Some PC's dont always fully apply Group policy ening up with a userenv error code 1030 or 1058.

Some PC's only apply if the user has normal or power user local rights, but wont apply if the user has local admin rights !

We have made sure all PC's have DisableDFS set to 0 in the registry.

Any clues? Its driving me mad lol.

Just noticed that Group policy applies when the user has local admin rights, but only software settings and windows settings, but does not apply Administrative Templates......and clues?
