I hate to even ask this question. I just inherited a customer who has installed Windows XP SP3 on the VMPro/3.2 Manger PC. I'm pretty sure Avaya is not supporting it yet, however, has anyone got the VMPro/Manager Suites running on Windows XP SP3?

I even think Servicepack3 cured my problem with slow establishing dial-up connections.
Currently I have 180+ dialup connections configured for dialing into IPOffices. The more I got the slower the networkconnection would establisch completely.
After running SP3 this is cured and all connections are functional 2 seconds after dailing in.
Also the mstsc.exe /console is now only asking once for username and password. So up till now I'm pleased with SP3.
That was the first thing i noticed
Great that they changed it

When you use mstsc /console, it is possible that you open another session on the server. Use mstsc /admin.
I had this on a VM PRO server just after installing SP3. There was another session after I used /console. When I tried to do it with /admin everything went perfect.
