I have just upgraded several computers to XP professaional all service patches and service pack 1
I.E 6 sp1 etc..

100mb network, I can browse the internet jsut fine and download from other sites on the internet no problems,
but when i go to my server I often get rediculous download times for 30-50mb folders (up to an hour!) when i enable TCP over netbios manually and statically enter an IP for the network adapter it gets better as fast as 3minutes however, it still sometimes bogs down and pops to 15minutes.

anyone have a clue for me?

I have the same problem, although this is not the right forum to post this. Try posting this in the Windows 2000 Server forum or the Windows XP Professional forum....
