Windows XP Shutdown Problems

Hi, I hope you guys can help me, Im sitting here with a notebook wich give me a stop 0x0000008E (0xC0000005, 0x8062A931, 0xF784EA50) problem. I turned off the auto rwstart option, so atleast it doesnt restart when I want to shutdown. Microsoft doesnt even recognise most of the error numbers in their search engine. Needless to say Im completely stuck and to make matters worse, I only have a limited time to sort it out.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.

If I had to guess: damaged or incompatible video drivers.
Update your video drivers.
