Can someone help me with a minimum hardware specifaction for
windows xp professional and windows xp home.

I was wondering why you asked the question.

There's a big difference between "minimum" and "recommended minimum". Minimum just means WinXP will not install if those specs aren't met. Performance will be disappointing.

We can argue over what is the "recommended minimum", but it's considerably higher than "minimum".

Here's a typical recommended spec for school PCs:

Liverpool: Capital of Culture 2008
Anfield: Capital of Football since 1892
Iechyd da! John
Glannau Mersi, Lloegr.
