Hello All,

Having a little problem with my wireless card, hopefully someone out there has encountered and resolved the same problem.

I'm running Windows XP on my laptop. When my laptop goes into a suspend state, and if the Cisco 350 PC Card which I use is enabled at that time, the laptop freezes when I attempt to unsuspend it.

I'm presently searching the web for some advisories, or technical bullitens which may indicate a known issue, but as the Tek-Tips community is comprised of many technical guru's, I'm hoping one will answer my call for help.

Thanks in advance,

Ruster

Just a guess, but try looking at the properties for the wireless adapter. There is a box you can uncheck to keep the computer from turning off power to the adapter. It sounds like the machine may be shutting down everything when it suspends, then not bringing the wireless back up when you wake it again.
