WINDOWS XP PRO SP2 SETUP PROBLEMS

Whenever I run the installer CD in my comp i get the following error:

File \i386\ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded. The error code is 7. Setup cannot continue. Press any key to exit.

I tried using new CD burns and tested my install cd in another computer where it worked properly. I also tried replacing the boot hard drive and it also did not work.
