windows xp pro drivers not working

First of all; I have a dell inspiron B120; I am running dual operating systems: Windows xp pro and Linux ubuntu. my promblem is that my ethernet, audio, and video controllers/drivers work just fine on Linux But, when I boot up Windows xp pro; it shows that I am missing the following drives and controllers

does anyone have this problem?? I tried to run the dell driver cd but, the drivers do not work.
