Windows XP printer setup problem

I am trying to setup a couple of network printers on my users' wksts. When I logon as local admin or domain admin I add the printers just fine. But then if one of my users logs in, the printers don't exist. I always thought the printers would show up under "all logins" if created under local admin profile?

Any advise?
