Windows XP Network Problems

Hello All,

I have a pc and a laptop, both running XP .. pc = Windows XP Home and laptop = windows xp media center edition

i have had a network working for ages ... sharing printers, files, hard drives ect. but all of a sudden its all stoped ... i have no idea why!

here are the solutions i have tryed:
- Changing pc names and network names
- Checking Firewalls ect
- Tryed reinstalling protocals
- Both pcs can ping each other

Still Nothing

and also on my pc...if i go to "view workgroup computers" i can see the pc there ... but if i go onto my laptop ... its just EMPTY

Try configuring a new network from scratch.

Have done ... still not working at all
