Windows XP Mode on Windows 7 not working

We are now having to buy new laptops and they are only shipped with W7. We recently got a W7 laptop from DELL. Within the first few days the hard drive went bad and they shipped us a new one. However, XP mode does not work now. It gives some kind of error regarding credentials not being correct. Does any one have any ideas to what the cause could be and how to fix it?
