Hello,

I am running windows xp pro, and have installed Nortel Client 4.6 (extranet client) on my PC to use to VPN to my work. Problem is, when I installed this client, Windows XP pro takes about 90 seconds to give me normal internet access after booting up (using my normal ISP - cable modem), and if I uninstall the client (removing the extranet client) I get my normal ISP internet access immediately when windows boots up. Any ideas what causes this? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have the exact same problem. I run Windows XP home version however. Did you ever find a solution? Thanks, Joe
