Please HELP!! Everything works fine but for what I am doing I need help.
The modem that is in the computer is a:
Creative Modem Blaster V92. PCI 56k
Windows xp chooses to use the Generic 56k HCF Data Fax Modem drivers to install. I'm really hard pressed to find the .inf file associated the Generic 56k HCF Data Fax Modem.
Under [control pannel][System][Hardware][Device Manager][Modem][Properties]
[Driver tab]
is:
Generic 56k HCF Data Fax Modem
c:\windows\system32\drivers\hcf_msft.sys
c:\windows\system32\drivers\modem.sys (this one has a
check mark in front of it)
How would one go about finding the .inf file associated with this install on XP-PRO SP1?
