Windows XP Frame Size Problems. Need Help!!

I'm having problems with some control windows.
The frames seem to be the wrong size, and this clips the information being displayed (and somtimes buttons and controls as well.)

There is no border to these control windows (hence no scrolling available), and no resize options.

Has anyone else experienced this, found a fix?

I'm using an ATI Radion 9700pro gfx card, with all the latest patches, but am wondering if it is more likely a Windows error.

Any help greatly appreciated

You MIGHT have the font size set too large esp if you are running at higher resolutions. try going into your control panel and adjusting your desktop properties.
