In Windows XP Pro, is there by possibilities to syncronize file folders in two different hard drive on a same computer, so whenever users working on drive 'C' is automatically save the changes (syncronize) with drive 'D'.

Will appreciate your response.

This is referred to as a RAID configuration. RAID 1 to be exact, which is called "Mirroring".

It uses 2 drives of exactly the same capacity and mirrors the contents from 1 drive to the other drive for purposes of data backup. However the user only sees the 1 drive.

RAID mirroring will create a back of an entire disk. I suspect that the OP was asking about synchronize only specific files, which can be done with Offline Folders.

For example, if you have a network drive that is F:, you can right-click on the F: drive in Explorer and select "make available offline". Now when your PC is not connected to the network you will still have the contents of your F: drive available to you. There are a number of different options, but the offline folders generally are configured to synchronize on login and logoff.
