windows xp change accented caracters 1

Hallo
i have a problem
after that i open a russian page all the caracters accented change fron spanish tu cirilic
i try to change them but they don't change
can you help me

If you are talking about webpages then it is likely that your encoding has been changed. Within Internet Explorer click on View then Encoding, select the relevent language. If it is your whole system that has changed then there are two things to consider, 1) That you need to change your Language settings from within the Control Panel & 2) that you could well be infected with Malware so make sure you are clean by following the instructions in
