Windows XP can't enter special characters like @ 1

Has anyone encountered users unable to input special characters ("@", "/", " ' ", etc.) in Citrix running Windows XP? One of our users just updated a 98 machine to XP and has to c&p the special characters into Citrix.

The only thing I have seen that sounds at all familiar is user hotkeys that are setup in Program Neighborhood\Tools\ica settings.

Good call brettcw!

I changed her Keyboard Layout from User Profile to US and that did the trick.
