Windows Xp Blue Screen Stop Error

Hi, I am receiving this stop error when I start my PC running Windows XP.

I have a Dell Vostro 1700, bought it with Windows Vista, downgraded to Windows XP.

I did not re-install Dell media Direct Connect because I didn't intend to use it.

But when I press the home button which is the dell Media direct, and after the media Direct Window came up this Stop error came up.

Now the pc starts sometimes without the error but when I press the media connect button (Home) sometimes windows is starting and sometimes when I press the power button the pc starts normally.
