Clear the checkbox at the top 'Users must enter a username and password to use this computer.
A dialogue box opens for autologon. Fill in the username and password for autologon.
bcastner is correct, but You also need to make sure that the Guest account is disabled. Otherwise it will not autologin. There is a MS KB article on the steps to accomplish this: Search under default user autologin.
