Windows XP Annoying Errors

Hi again all u ppl :)

Well i got somethin new to pick all ur brains about now

For some reason, whenever i close a program i get an error message. heres one with adobe acrobat reader:

and it happens with every program and its annoying

Can anyone help me??

Some general things to try.

See if System Restore will get you back to a restore point before your problem with Explorer.

Try Safe Mode (Do you have this problem in Safe Mode?).

Try running ChkDsk to check your drive for errors. Right click your Drive icon/ Properties/ Tools/ Error Checking.

Run the System File Checker program from the Run Box by typing.....Sfc /Scannow in it and have your XP CD handy.

If they don't work you could try repairing windows itself by running it over itself. You will lose all your windows updates but your files will be untouched.

I think this looks like a RAM issue. You say all programs do this? Do they all say they can't write t the memory location?
Try taking out the RAM, cleaning the edges with a pencil eraser, blowing the dust out of the slot and putting it back in.
