Nothing to do with XP per se, and next time keep in mind that there is a SCO specific forum here.
I don't know if your question is related to "how to print to Unix" or "how to print Postscript to a Unix printer" or both, but for the first you need Visionfs or Samba to share the Unix printer OR you can use Windows lpd services, and for the second see Tony Lawrence
