Windows XP Administrative Privileges

Who setup this computer for you (who installed XP)? Maybe they could help you get into the machine.
Do you have any other accounts on the machine that could possibly have admin rights?
If not try some of the basic passwords or even a pwd generator.
If that doesn't work then other measures may have to be taken (i.e. removing system files if the file system is FAT)

. What happens in Safe Mode? (strike the F8 key early and often during startup and select Safe Mode).
