Hi,

I am trying to install a new seagate barracuda 7200 60gig drive, and slave it to my exsisting 20gig drive.Upon installing and f/disking and formating windows does not recognise the new drive.Bois accepts that it is there but when i go to my computer the new drive is not there!

my system is as follows.

o/s win- pro xp/me (partitioned)

m/board- micro atx msi-ms-6378

processor- duron 800

ram - 523mb

bios -award

note on the m,/board I have two hard disc connectors one runs at 133 the other at 100

thanks in advance for any advice.
