Windows Vista and Access 2003 ODBC Issue

When I try to link to tables in an SQL 2005 Express Data Base from either an "MDB" or an "ADP" in Microsoft Access 2003, I select "ODBC Connection" and the Wizzard does not bring up the Dialog Box asking me to select my record source. Instead, only the database window appears.
