Windows virtual template convert to VMware template?

Hello to all that know-

I'm new to VM. We have a new shiny ESX 3.5 Virtual Center. This company chose to move away from Microsoft's rendition of virtuality, hence ESX...

We have a slew of MS virtual machines which I'd optimally like to convert to VM's.. Is there a V to V tool out there in the VMware realm? would the P to V tool work?

Perhaps my terminology is old that there is yet a newer tool that allows for this to happen.

Any info, even a url link pointing to the procedures would be great and thank you all in advance.
