Hello, i am looking to create a vba file that can be run from desktop to do the following.. Please can someone assist?

1) copy a text file locally that is on a server. Will need to pass server address and location and username/password
2) display contents of text file with "ok" button (basically terms and conditions)
3) make changes to gpedit.msc (User Configuration | Administrative Templates | Windows Components | Remote Desktop Services) -> Remote Desktop Connection Client -> Do not allow passwords to be saved = enable
4) run mstsc to create an RDP session. (Only need to connect to the server as user must enter username and password)

Thankyou please for your assistance.
Brian
