Windows updates

I have a small Presentation Server 4.0 farm. It's running on two 2003 servers. The problem is that when I log as domain administrator and run the "wuauclt /detectnow" to get the windows updates from our WSUS server, the wuauclt process runs under a different user than the administrator. This is only happening on the Citrix servers. All other servers that we have, like terminal servers, run the process under the session of the administrator...

Any idea on why is that, and how could I stop it from happening?
