Windows Updates Issue

I just installed Windows Updates last night and when the server was rebooted, 2008 Std 64 bit, on post it ran through \Registry\machine\Schema\wcm://Microsoft.. for like 3 hours this happened on every Win 2008 server I had. Anyone aware of why this is happening?
