Windows Updates Across A Network

I have a network here of about 160 users all on Windows 2000 Professional. I am looking for a way to push out the windows updates found on the Microsoft Windows Update Webpage. I am throwing this question out there to see if anyone else has done this. I do run SMS on this network but I am not the SMS Admin nor do I have access to that server for it is located off-site. Any tips would be helpful I do not want to go around desk by desk to update. Thanks !

Have yopu looked into SUS Server a free download from Microsoft. It can push service packs and security updates to clients.

I thought you had to pay for sus, i'll take another look.
