Windows Update

I have 2 computers. Both have IE6.0 and NT4,SP6a. When I tried to go into IE6 and do the Windows UPdate all I get is a blank screen. I then went to another machine that has Win2K/SP2 and did the update. It did the update, but I noticed that Microsoft has upgraded (improved, ha ha) their update screen. I went to the Microsoft Knowledge Base and as usual their support is up to par (IE: no use at all).

Has anyone seen this problem and if so, know how to fix?

I am sorry for putting this out here. I went back to both computers and tried again and it started to work. I did get one error message about too many people. Guess the 2-3 servers that Microsoft uses just got busy.

That is usually the problem when they put out notices to the world. The world then tries to connect. The limits are overloaded on every entry point.
