Windows Update recommendation

When do most adminstrators schedule windows update to run on their Exchange servers? I haven't really been updating my Exchange 2003 server, however, the updates have been downloading.

Just wondering what the norm is for Exchange 2003.

Apply security updates the Thursday after patch Tuesday unless there is a note on the Register to say otherwise. Apply Exchange updates as they arise.

Don't use automatic updates.
