Windows update/patching -- Domain controllers

Hi.

One question we have a site with 12 servers 2 of them are domain controllers. I have tested the patches on one of the member servers and it works fine. I'm now thinking of just pathing one of the domain controllers and let it run for a while before I patch the other domain controller. Is there any risks with doing like I just described, just patching one of the DC's or should the domaincontrollers be patched at the same time?

Patch one at a time. Assuming a reboot shows no issues, patch the other.
