Windows Update Error

We use Software Update Services (SUS) to deploy Windows Updates. One server is used to receive updates and then they must be approved before clients can access them. My problem is that any new or reinstalled systems (Win2k) get an error when trying to load Windows Update. The error # is 0x80072EE6 but I have found nothing on it. This only happens to freshly installed systems. The existing systems work fine. The new Win2k systems have SP3 and Windows Upate Client installed.

Any ideas?
