I have a remote user that applied the latest Windows updates to his computer yesterday. Now when he goes into Microsoft Word, he is unable to navigate the folders to open a file, he is however, able to open a file from Explorer. I had him to a system restore and he is then able to navigate in Word again, but he wants to apply the updates. He also is not aware of the updates that is is doing. He said he does the updates all the time to keep his machine up to date. Did anyone hear of this problem and do you know a solution? Thanks in advance!
