windows shuts down repeatedly

hello i was wondering if any one knew about this one
there are two computers hooked up one is 2000 server and the other is 98 both run well except when accessing the web 98 shuts down after about 1 hour or two.
i did a cluster scan hoping it would be an error but no luck
and defragged as well but still happens any help would be appreciated as its an office busy etc...
