When a Visitor (read only) of a site views a document library they have these options under the Actions menu:

View in Data Sheet
Open with Windows Explorer
Export to Spreadsheet
View RSS Feed
Alert Me

When the visitor selects 'Open with Windows Explorer' they may attempt to delete a document. That is, they can right-click a document, select 'Delete', then respond 'Yes' to the 'Confirm File Delete' message box.

The file disappears in Windows Explorer, however, it is not actually deleted from the library.

Is there a way to disable or remove the 'Open with Windows Explorer' option in the Actions menu for Visitors only?
