One-X and Voicemail Pro on server 2012 R2
If conference PIN set for user
internal call hears hold music and it says "Enter Passcode" on display of phone. If entering PIN caller enters conference.
External caller just get's hold music, cannot enter conference even if pin# entered.

Stop One-X service and everything works as expected internal and external with call going to REQUESTPIN default module and asks for PIN and entering PIN enters conference bridge.

What am I missing?

One key thing I've been told is not to have the Voicemail Pro client running at the same time as one-X Portal is restarted. When one-X restarts, it connects to the voicemail server to make conference callflow changes, but if a Voicemail Pro client is currently connected, that process is abandoned. Don't know if that's your issue but worth knowing.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Thanks for the suggestion, but no luck. As additional info, I have the same behavior in 10.1, Application server with identical config works fine. Has anyone had success with conference pins with one-x and voicemail pro on Windows Server 2012?

Have completely uninstalled, reinstalled, and still not luck. Defaulted all security settings, still nothing. Any additional suggestions would be much appreciated. With one-x portal connected it never goes back to voicemail for >REQUESTPIN it just updates the display on the phone.
