Windows Server 2019 mac address issue

Hello,

I have faced a strange issue, I running Windows 2019 Server virtual machine on ESXi 7.0.
I need to modify Windows's MAC address. When I change it in VMXNET3 adapter's mac address settings I get yellow triangle on the network icon and connectivity lost.
If remove new mac address everything is working again. There is no MAC filtering on the network. IP and other networks settings are okay with new and old MAC addresses.
I tried to enable/disable network card, rebooted VM, nothing helped.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It looks like there was a change to the default security policy in ESXi 7.0. Easy to change, but understand what you're enabling.
